Lily & Sage Natural Deodorant is all natural and more effective than ever! We've enhanced our formula with nourishing grass-fed tallow and magnesium to give you superior odor protection while being incredibly kind to your skin.
Conventional deodorants and antiperspirants contain a variety of chemicals and additives. The skin is the body’s largest organ and what touches our skin can easily enter our bloodstream. It takes something unnatural to block the body’s natural ability to sweat, and the chemical list in some deodorants is disturbing:
• Aluminum– Some evidence links aluminum to cancer and Alzheimer’s Disease
• Phthalates– Endocrine disruptors, often also found in plastic that can cause hormone imbalance and even infertility (especially in men).
• Propylene glycol– Common name: antifreeze. It is a hotly debated additive in personal care products but the Environmental Working Group reports that it carries a moderate risk of immunotoxicity and allergies.
• Formaldehyde- A known carcinogen.
• Parabens- Another hormone disruptor and has been found in biopsied tissue with breast cancer.
• Antibacterial Substances- Endocrine disruptors that can negatively affect the immune system.
Our upgraded version now features grass-fed tallow—a skin-identical fat rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K. It deeply moisturizes the delicate underarm area, supports your skin barrier, helps calm irritation (like razor burn), and even offers natural antimicrobial support for odor control. We’ve also added magnesium, which gently neutralizes odor-causing bacteria by balancing skin pH, providing soothing, effective protection that’s far kinder than baking soda.
The Cypress, Cedarwood, and Bergamot essential oils offer a woodsy scent, loved by both men and women. Cypress has a grounding scent and is energizing, clean, and refreshing. Cedarwood also offers a warm and grounding scent. It is valued for its soothing and protective properties and may help calm irritation. Bergamot rounds it all out with a bright, soothing citrus note that calms and refreshes—pairing beautifully with the grass-fed tallow and magnesium for gentle, all-day comfort.
